Not Worth The Effort Interacting With These Shysters

If I could I would give these these idiots a negative five star review. I ordered a pair of Diesel DL5274 067 spectacles for R 1,882.00, only to receive a pair of Guess GU 7680 018 for R 1,419.00. So. I also lost R 419.00 in the process of this purchase.

This company couldn't send me the correct item as a first time customer as to impress me for future business and word of mouth advertising. They couldn't be bothered.

The worst part is that you can't even return the item to them because they give you a post office box in Australia to return the item to, and the courier services I spoke to need a physical address to where the goods are to be delivered to and signed for so that there can be a chain of custody and proof of delivery.

Thus you could return the product to this P.O. box, and they can claim that they never received the return, and keep both the wrong product delivered and returned to them and the money you paid them for it as well as the cost to send the return.

The return process also is a bit of a time trial as they issue you with an RMA number (return merchandise number) that expires in seven days time from issue.

So please, please, please do not buy from these people.

They are not worth the distress they are going to put you through.
