No assistance at all

I ordered a pair of ray ban glasses on 10 Fen 2015. Since then I have received an email stating the pair I chose was discontinued. I subsequently chose another pair, [URL Removed] in size 49mm. I also confirmed that I was happy with the delay in delivery time. After another two weeks went by, I contacted Smartbuyglasses again. The response was that I did not confirm that I was happy with the delay in delivery time. <br> I again responded and attached the previous email in which I confirmed, but have not heard anything since then.<br> <br> I am very unhappy with the service. I paid R2000 almost a month ago and have still not received my glasses or any news on when I will receive them. Please either refund me or send the glasses. This is absolutely unacceptable.
