Misinformed

At no stage in the purchasing of my contact lenses did it mention they were out of stock. This happened after I had paid, and had not received my lenses. I paid for the option to have these shipped in 2-3 days $19.99. Of course when no update came, I queried them. As others have stated a vague response. I told them they shouldn't advertise a service if they can't follow through. 18 days later, I have just received my contact lenses.
