Military Personnel - Do not use company

My initial order for frames and lenses was April 21st. They told me the lenses were lost in transit, so they canceled and reordered. Over six weeks later, still no shipment. After significant delays and bad communication, on July 3rd they finally said there was an additional issue. Horrible experience. I've asked to speak with someone in management and have yet to hear. Would really like to get my frame and lenses . US***G
