I Wouldn't Do It Again

Unfortunately, one cannot offer a review that is negative stars in value. I have had the longest headache with this company in producing a service that I can say is even a minorly decent. In the last few weeks of communicating with them for a relatively simple order, I have spoken to 10+ agents in the same email chain, of which instructions were not carried out, causing me to make two separate orders via their website, which is not in anyway transparent about where they source their stock and how long the turn around time for the order will be. I will ammend this review if anything changes, but as for now, I have been waiting for far longer than I should have for an order than should have taken 4 days to arrive. The actionable communication has been appauling.
