Horrific service delivery

I recently purchased a pair of Guess sunglasses from SmartBuyGlasses. upon delivery of the glasses i noticed that it was badly scratched. I contacted the company and requested a return. They sent me an RMA number and asked that i return the item within 7 working days or receipt of RMA. I queried as to whom will fit the cost of the return as it was for shipment to Australia and the cost was rather steep. They informed me that they would reimburse me the cost of return. Once they received the package I submitted the quotation for shipment as well as proof of payment and now they are delaying paying me back. Its been a week already and I keep getting an email stating they have not received feedback from the relevant team and they will keep trying. I strongly suggest you do not purchase from them as their service delivery is horrific. They are quick to take from you but take forever to refund you. You are better off purchasing from our local stores even if it means a few extra Rands.
