Delayed shipping and no bday present for my brother

i was shopping with smartbuuglasses for a very long time and my last experience is very disappointing. i purchased 2 frames as a gift for my brother - the shipping policy shows 2-3 days as shown in attached screenshot. 18 days later the shipping still in a stage of ‘stock confirmed’ and no movement. My brother’s bday has passed so i missed a gift for him. I emailed their customer service and was basically told it’s my problem - their shipping should take 10-15 days. No apologies, no incentives.. basically nothing. Just wait or cancel your order. Keep in mind in case you need your frames quick.
