Breach of Consumer Protection Act

I cancelled my order on the 24th of December 2015, within the 7 day cooling period as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2 days after I had placed the order on the 22nd of December 2015.
Tiana from Customer Services acknowledged my cancellation on the 24th of December 2015 and advised that I should receive my full refund within a maximum of 7 working days of the cancellation which would have been the 6th of January 2016.
There was then some sort of confusion with my very clear bank details I provided and Tiana then advised me on the 12th of January 2016 that the refund was done on the 30th of December 2015 and that it should reflect a few working days later, she said she would send me a proof of refund to assure me that the refund had been processed.
According to the Consumer Protection Act refund should reflect within 15 working days of the cancellation, which I take as the 24th of December, therefore I should have received my refund yesterday on the 18th of January, yet still I have not received anything.
I am not sure if this means anything to you but I was depending on this money to survive for the rest of January before pay day, I have now been broke for 2 weeks.
