At first I had a problem with my order, after a bit of back and forth it was sorted immediately with them. After few months later I sadly lost my sunglasses on a train, I emailed and asked if I could get the exact pair again and explained and they’ve been brilliant and also put a slight discount on the glasses for the original hiccup that had happened, highly recommend and will be using from now on Cheers to the team for sorting it all out for me.
