Absolute ********** service

1 Star is not bad enough to rate this poor,poor business… I placed an order for a pair of Oakley's on the 25th of November 2021. Today on the 17th of December I am still waiting for my order to arrive. Seems to me I wasted R3000. Every time I send an email I receive a reply saying thank you for my patience. That patience has now run out. Please can someone assist me with this issue?
