Smart Waste Communicate please

I have written on their website, emailed direct, & even left message but no responses to any. Environmentally concerned citizens are dropping off their plastic at PnP & totally oblivious that most of it is in fact thrown away & not recycled. I have asked what is recyclable & that way I would know for my own mind but also make others aware by posting something onto the recycling bins. One could also encourage people to put their plastics that they do not touch into Ecobricks.No communication is upsetting as we have a problem with plastic & we all need to work together. I feel they are not in it for the right reason.
