Unauthorised Debit Orders

The above mentioned company keeps on Debiting my checque account. I have sent emails to them informing them that the account is inactive, i did not get any response yet the keep on debiting. They did x2 debits in November 2017 2 in December 2017 And so fa 1now in January This results in me accumulating charges for unpaid debit orders. I tried calling them and their phone is not answerd
