Smart Rentals Vacation Policy Number ***1

We are battling to get the debit order stop for the above mention policy. We have emailed, faxed and phone them with no response or reply. We have also tried to stop the debit order via our Bank, but it still goes off. We do not know what to do anymore!! Please advise.
