There is no fool like an old fool.

I think I may have fallen into a trap,as I ordered online a single unit,and when the payment advice came up,I didn't notice that they had changed it to three units,and only found the mistake when I had notification from my bank. Even though my order was due to be shipped on the 28\3\2018 and I had sent an e mail to them at once,on the 25\3\2018, which they acknowledged,but said there would only be an answer about 72hours which would have been too late to stop this order.I also phoned but there was no reply.On Monday 26\3\2018 I phoned,and spoke to a woman,who would not give her name,or from where the company was sending from,and insisted it was already shipped,and would refund my money,if I sent the unopened parcel back,which I said I had no idea what this would cost me,as she wouldn't tell me where it was going.
