FROM BAD TO NO SERVICE!

I have been trying to get in touch with this company for over 3 months. no one ever returns my calls or emails. this is unacceptable as our stock is listed with them on their systems. I am unable to use their system to generate reports on current or previous stock. I urgently need assistance and need someone to contact me immediately.
