Ghost business

I have previously ordered from Smart Shack in 2021 and corresponded with Daniel regarding specific requirements. I ordered from them again later that year with no problem.

On Wednesday 8 May 2024, I placed an order with them for some smart light bulbs and paid for the order via PayFast where the money was taken immediately from my account. By Thursday 9 May, I had not received any confirmation of my order and sent an email to the address on their website (***). By Monday 13 May, I had received no correspondence from them. I phoned the telephone number on their website but this seems to be a "wrong number" with the person who answered unfami**** with the Smart Shack business.

After some searching, I did find their order confirmation in my spam mail folder and so at least the automated confirmation is working, but I still have not heard from the company.
