Very bad service received at Smart Serve Westgate

I took my sneaker to Smart Serve Westgate for repairs on Monday the 18th of June 2018 and they said I must come and pick it up the following day which was Tuesday the 19th of June 2018,upon arrival at Smart Serve Westgate I was not happy with the way they fixed my sneaker, I expressed my unhappiness to the shoe maker about how my sneaker looks then I asked him to fix it properly for me I will come and fetch it tomorrow , I came back the following day which was Wednesday the 20th of June 2018 and when I told her about how unhappy I am with their service to me the lady at Smart Serve Westgate gave me a bad customer service telling me that she's has been fixing shoes for the past 18 years and that she has over 600 customers on his database she doesn't care whether I come back or not, I left their shop very unhappy and disappointed I regret ever doing business with them they are very bad with customer service.
