Smart School Labels requesting payments but no services gets delivered

Such bad customer service.I have placed an order after viewing the companies website.They have requested payment before order will be processed. No order confirmation was send after Ive made a payment. When query after a week they rep**** we’re busy processing the order. I arranged with Richard the owner that pickup will be done by myself, the day that I’m back in the country which he agreed to, for the 09/01/2019 as they couldn’t deliver the labels for before our holiday started in December. I received an sms that said they are open till 6, when we got to the premises no one is even there. No sign of any business or even anyone picking up a phone. Ive paid for a service that was never delivered and my child has to go to school without marked items as I trusted smart school labels to have them to me before school starts. Such a dissapointment.Don’t think the company is legit!
