Oustanding Service Beyond Comparison

This company provides service that is absolutely outstanding. In all my 71 years in South Africa, I have never encountered a company who is so dedicated to customer service. Their products are also of a high quality. Just after Christmas my inverter from them was struck by lightening, and even though they were closed between Christmas and New Year, they still answered my emails and then arranged collection of the damaged unit as soon as they returned the next week.
