Pathetic company to deal with.

Started using this company over a year ago.In the beginning they seemed efficient,putting poison where needed.Lately they dont even bother going into the roof where the problem is.Just open the trapdoor and throw the poison down the hall ceiling.As a result the rodents have once again chewed through a pipe which leaked and has caused a lot of damage.Owner of Smart pest does not seem at all bothered about rectifying the problem.Pathetic company and staff to deal with
