Very easy and personilsed
Very friendly and staff from booking by Chrizelda, to the presentation done by Evert and personilsed installation by Uan. They took me step by step through everything and answered any question I had.

25 Nov 2019, 08:36I submitted a request to cancel my subscription on the 5 September 2019 and then again 9 September 2019 with Uan and Evert. I have been periodically following up for the cancellation to happen and to date this has not been cancelled. I have not received an explanation of the process to justify why this can take so long despite asking.
