I've joined in March lost 27k in the first month got promised I'll make money,which I didn't,I also said to Cameron and uan I couldn't afford a loan at the moment and they made me promises I'll be able to repay the loan with the money I'll make with my trading account they knew from the start I was under pressure to make money to pay back the loan which didn't happen now I'm sitting with debt I can't afford,battle to buy proper groceries every month for my two kids.and paying a fee off R299 a month for no service I dont understand how you(smart trade college make promises like this,you guys knew the golden 3x90 rule of trading 90% of people will loose 90%of their money in the first 90 days.

1. Your self-managed trading account was funded on the 16th of March 2020 with R5, 000.00 (Five Thousand Rand).
2. You received a personalized coaching session and when contacted thereafter you requested another one on one session. An appointment was scheduled for the 19th of March 2020 and did you receive back-up and support.
3. You were registered for our Forex Training for Beginners course,
4. We are a support and educational company and therefore we do not make decisions regarding your trading portfolio on your behalf .
5. In April 2020 you contacted the support team and informed them that you made premature decisions on your self-managed trading account and that you will continue using the demo account to educate yourself.
6. We note that since then you were send invites to our courses, we registered you on our Learner Management System (LMS) and did our support team contact you on a monthly basis.
7. We have no record of you requesting your monthly subscription fees to be cancelled.
We value our clients and are proud of the services we offer them. We are always willing to walk the extra mile.
We will ensure that our support team contact you and discuss your trading- and demo report with you.
