Wow what a company to deal with. 5 stars

I had the misfortune of I had the misfortune of buying a machine for one of Smart Office's competitor's. I am not going to get in to. Buy let's say there service was less than Steller. I found Audi at Smart Office, Even though she had not sold me the dud machine she went out of her way to help me, saying at work till 7pm waiting for parts to be delivered for me. Making the impossible happen when I ordered ink and supply's the service was incredible, Audi went as far as to take ink home for me and offer to deliver it to me because I could not get to smart office before closing on Friday. Such a sweet willing sincere Lady what a pleasure to deal with we can all take a page from Smart Office and there teams book. Even there technical department gave me support over the phone without charging me, the supplier I bought the machine from (the machine is going back) would not do anything at all to help us. Smart office and Audi were there right thought it with us.
