Terrible service

Got a canon imagine runnerc1028if on contract, so the printer starts giving problems, then they replaced my laser after 2 months of calling back and forth, now they refuse to send me toners because my yield is to low? How can the printers yield be to low, yet it can't peint without a replacement toner? How do they get to a conclusion as absurt as that? I will not recommend them for any bussiness as you'll have endless problems, and extremely time consuming!
