SOC should rather call themselves SOD

The PE branch of this company is shocking - give them a miss. They used to operate as Canon I think, but the latter must have given them the boot. Prices are an absolute rip-off and the service is unprofessional, shoddy and slack. It took 3 weeks to replace a print head, and the parts cost was no less than R1000 more than from another local source. I paid nearly as much as for a new printer. Yes, I know, I was stupidly taken in. Don't let them even have a look at your printer - it will cost you dearly!!
