Smart Office Connexion - Please avoid dealing with them!

I would like to warn existing and potential customers of Smart Office Connexion about ************ increases in per copy charges and unfair increase clauses in their contract agreements. I have experienced an increase of 12% in August 2019, followed by another of 15% in September 2019 and yet another 15% increase in October 2019! That's just under a 50% increase in 3 months! Ludicrous!! Their contracts department simply fobbed me off by saying: "Please be advised we appreciate your continued support and would be happy to assist you in getting a daisy representative to assist you with revising your current business solution, thereby reducing further costs." My question is why do I need to enter into a new contract to reduce costs? Punitive conduct at best!
