Disgusting service!!!!!!!

I am writing this to perhaps get some assistance from a diligent and polite person.

For the past 3 months we have been experiencing a lot of issues regarding servicing of our printers as well as ordering consumables.

First a technician comes out and does not fix the printer properly, then we need to call again and still has the nerve to say that we will be held liable for any damage to the printer as we are damaging the printer, whereas the printer was not fixed properly in the first place and we have been waiting for it to be properly fixed.

Secondly every time i send an email to this guys to order consumables they never respond and 5 days later these guys come back saying that oh its not our fault. I was promised a call back on more than one occasion by a certain Charmaine moodley yet till date i have not yet been contacted!

Lastly, I have just gotten off the phone with Anita Hamid and she was the rudest person I have ever spoken to.

This is the most pathetic service I have ever received!!!
