Smart Motors are ********

We paid a deposit on a car,did everything I was asked to do and on the day the car was supposed to be delivered I was given a story about the car overheating and some other sob story. I was told I would get it the next day,or we could choose another car! We specified we don’t want another car either it’s the one I’m promised or my money back. They agreed to refunding me and made me sign documents for the refund and it’s been 7 days of them giving me the run around! I get the feeling they are ***** and I am consulting with law enforcement to get my money back!
