SMART METERS DRASTIC INCREASE IN PRICE

We have a very bad experience with these, our electricity rates have doubled in this short period, my mom bought R500 electricity on Mondag, 3 days later 55 left... How is that possible... This problem has being repeatedly brought to my attention by several people all over Vereeniging in Gauteng..
