Smart meter , Vanderbijlpark municipality

We live in Vanderbijlpark , we use smart meter for electricity , but from 01-07-2019 we cant buy any electricity because the smart meters is offline. we try to phone Anton Henning the responible person and the locol municipality but no answer. we just want to know what is going on with the smart meters. Very poor service , no feedback
