Pathetic Customer Service

Pathetic customer service!!!! From management to staff. Unfriendly sales assistants and horrific management s****s.

In attempt to first time purchase, I'd never make another attempt to make use of the PAROW branch ever again!!! And this branch being their " Head Office ". I ask you how pathetic????

Ricardo the manager & his sale assistant Gloria is arrogate as hell and beyond unpleasant!!! No customer service s****s or management s****s. POOR; POOR AND AGAIN I SAY POOR!!!

Mr Picther, own of Smart Men Suit Hire, a little advise from a consumer you prides myself on great customer service in my work place. Please do yourself a favor and either get new staff, this now being from top level management to sales assistant. Cause clearly they have NO KNOWLEDGE of customer service or how to handle a customer. Friendly, warm and welcoming spirit is always appreciated in any environment. Even more so in any form of business.

Get you staff right sir and some training even.
