Blacklisted after settling loans

I took a loan from their branch in Polokwane branch and settled them. Now I have noticed that they have blacklisted me in the credit bereau. They are a ****. Their names still appear in my accounts yet I have settled and have settlement letters. I've sent emails to them none of them is responding to clear my name. I cannot access loans from other financial institutions because of them.
