Debt review removal

I payed them an amount of over 10 thousand rand to get removed from debt review since last year may even today I haven’t got any assistance. I payed all my account in full and sent them paid in full letters but when I do follow ups all the say is that my file is court waiting for a court date. Why wait for a court date while I don’t owe any account?
