Service was very bad.

Today I went to collect my laybye form Smart Label only to realise that the size is not going to fit me i didn't fit it because the time Imade laybye we where not allowed to to so because of regulations of Covid, I asked to exchange it they over charge me with R50 on top of R849 that I paid saying that is not allowed, when I exchange the same item with the same price the difference was on the colour the person who was helping even said if I say i didn't fit because of Covid Im the one who bought Covid to the shop.

Please help me as Im very hurt.
