Not satisfied

From why I noticed, 90% of customers buying there are blacks and 50%im sure is from Lesotho they are taking advantage of customers, l had a layby and went there last week to ask if the layby is still there and the person who helped me said it's still there and I asked if I can pay today, only to find that there is no layby and they have to deduct R50. 00 from what I've already paid. I made 2 pairs of shoes layby, only 1pair was still there from other branch, I was left to pay R399 for the layby now I paid another R300 on top of the R200 that they claim was available after taking R50. 00 from what I've already paid, the person I talked to when I asked why he promised me that I'll still get the layby was like I'm talking alone, what I realized is that all those people working at the till they don't even have name tags to rember whom was ever helping the customers, but most unfortunately I can recognize the person who helped me
