Laughing at my mom for asking about her wine rack made me to write this review bring my wine rack or I’ll review the company bad every social network please don’t make me mad .
I bought a kitchen cupboard with wine rack they delivered a cupboard with no wine rack but charged full amount when I asked about my wine rack they said they will bring it till now it’s been 2 months now when my mom called them they just laughed at her so I’m so disappointed because if I wanted a cupboard with no wine rack I would’ve ordered it plus with a lesser price but I wanted a wine rack for a reason

DO NOT USE SMART KITCHENS!
Absolutely terrible service! Once job is complete and paid, doesn't come out for any issues that happen shortly after. Owners name is Quinton...I have been trying to get him out since last year because after he's workers fitted my cupboards, the doors have been coming lose of the hinges, fell on my baby niece's face and now on my son's head. Even after telling him this he doesn't care but instead he wants to blame it on the kids. & call me a **** because he 1000% sure he's workmanship was up to standard. Shortly after fitting the floating cupboards they started splitting which i told him about also rusted hinges were put. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!! You cannot rely upon him, once he gets paid he doesn't care...You will get every excuse under the sun....

Blocked instead of Refund by Smart Kitchen Designs!!!
I placed an order for a kitchen cupboard of R3900 first week of October 2025. We had an agreement that I’ll come collect it on the 16th of October 2025 at 5:30 and deposited R2000 to their account. When I got there the store was closed I called and they told me someone left with the keys. So asked them so what is the way forward then because I wasted petrol for nothing they should’ve communicated with me than to let me drive all the way for nothing. They said they will make a delivery the followingday which is the 17th of October 2025 and we will split the delivery fee because they are at fault, I said okay. Today it’s the 30th of October 2025 I am still waiting, they are giving me excuses each time I enquire so I asked for my R2000 refund since they are failing to deliver still nothing is happening. They are not responding to my WhatsApp messages and calls instead they decided to BLOCK ME!!!
