bad service

We received very bad service from Richard at Smart It Services in Pretoria-Richard is the owner of the business. Numerous calls to Richard, voice notes left on his whatsapp, with no answer or reply. He was asked if he could setup existing Cameras which he agreed on, but now there is no communication and reply from him. will never recommend his services to anyone.
