VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS

My wife has a Huawei P20 lite which had a cracked screen. The guy was very eager to come and fix it @ R750. He came out and fixed it on the 7th of Februarie. Woke up the next morning only to found a massive chip in the screen, phone didn't fall or anything. My wife send the guy a message and he said he will come to fix it on Tuesday 12th of February. On Tuesday he tells us sorry he meant to say Wednesday. We said we are not available on Wednesday and made an appointment for Thursday at 10. Thursday comes and he is full of excuses why he is going to be late, then he stops replying and refuses to answer the phone when we call. Worst service ever, please do not use this company for anything
