Worst Service Ever!!!!!

<p>Terrible service from a woman named Sonia Bok, they claimed a minor scratch of less than 15cm is too big and used their own assumption from a phone piture without evaluating the car physically or sending me to any of their "accredited mobile repair units" to check if the scratch really is longer/bigger than 15cm radius. </p>
