Warning: Never take a SMART insurance
<p>I have had this insurance for 4 year now, and claimed once but could not afford not to have a full day without a car so I lost that claim. No problem. </p> <p> </p> <p>Now I want to sell my car and start looking around my car for dents and scratches, I picked up a few. Submitted claims and photos. SMART approves for one, not all and they take note of all the other dents and note them as existing so you can never claim for them. That is BS if you ask me, Should I have tried to outmart them and claim for those individually, they would have eventually paid them all but I dont have time to play games like they do so I decided to be straight with them as I have been a loyal client for 4 years. Money I paid for the last 4 years could fix all dents and scratches in my car without SMART losing anything.</p> <p> </p> <p>DONT TAKE THIS INSURANCE, YOU DONT NEED IT. They are so cheap, they couldnt even phone me after I submitted my claim online and they emailed me wanting me to call them, I have email proof.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want all of my money back I have paid to this company. I am declining the approved claim. You going to fix a minor scratch on the bonnet no other serious dents? Pay me my money and we go our separate ways.
