Never ever make the same mistake I made of taking out a policy with these people, I took the scratch and dent policy through Strijdom Park Volkswagen when I purchased my Polo early in the year.

Got bumped by an electric gate on the front right part of the bumper, SMART doesn't want to fix the dent(its actually paint from the gate) because they say there is a small cut underneath the bumper. They gave a generic response "Repairs resulting in the replacement of any body-panel or part thereof", there is no replacement needed, the cut is not visible because it's under the bumper and it's not even the size of a pinky nail. Very useless company words cannot express their degree of uselessness. They should just fix the paint job and never mind the cut.
