Very professional and fast claim handling
Would like to thank the team at Smart UMA on the quick turnaround time and approval of my scratch and dent insurance. The claim amount was slightly higher than the R4 500 threshold, but they still approved it!
thanks for the professional service received from your team on the handling of my claim. Will remain a customer for a very long time. What made the claim process less of a pain, was that I was able to use my own preferred panel beater to fix my Polo Maxx.
