Useless, shocking and pathetic company.

I am appalled and shocked by the company SMARTUMA, useless company who only approve 1 small scratch saying that the other scratches exceed the R4500 limit, ********.

We pay for something that we are entitled to use and get this treatment, useless company and I will be taking my claim up with the OMBUDSMAN!
