Un Helpful

I lodged a claim last week wed reg stone chips on my bonnet and rear view mirror after an incidently driving behind a horse and trailer last Sat. I noticed the damage only Sun morning and reported this as I should on my policy terms. They take 72 hrs firstly to get back to me instead of the 2 wrking days proposed. I was dealing with Vianne and rude Sonia has to contact me. Previosly she was unhelpful to me as well. Now they can only repair the side view mirrors and not my bonnet and she insinuates I had chips prior to these new ones and therefore im not covered. I bought my vehicle pre owned and tried explaining this person that the car might have had a few chips in 2012 when I purchased it. How does it effect the new damage which was 3 spots of single white chips to my paint I marked on the pics. I will need this done as I will undertake legal action further if necessary purely cause sonia was unhelpful. I will never want to deal with this firm again. I might as well give you all ****py ratings on Face Book as well
