After reading all the negative reviews, i had to post this to give customers some hope.On the 9th oct 2015 i had a small mishap wereby my vehicle was dented and scratched by a bicycle On the left door. I immediately contacted smart insurance and reported the incident to Vianne Hattingh. Pics were required as well as 2 quotes as the mobile unit was unable to assist. I then decided to read up on Smartuma/Streamline smart insurance and was horrified by the amount of negative reviews. I then started making arrangements to fix the damage myself as i had alot of doubt in the company. To my surprise the claim was approved and my vehicle is repaired without any cost to me. Sonia Bok confirmed approval and within 3 weeks since the damage occured, my vehicle was repaired. I really dont think this company looks 4 reasons not to pay out. As long as the damage is within their parameters, they will fix it. Compliments to Vianne and Sonia. My vehicle is back to looking new thanks to Smart Insurance
