I have been struggling with them for months - they are quick to take your money which is included in the finance charges of your vehicle but when you claim they take ages to respond, are rude and make like they are doing you a favour. My car BMW 116i is almost 5 years old and is in extremely good condition - I logged two claims for 2 bumps and scratched (front and rear of vehicle) and I am still waiting after having to argue over and over again for what I have paid for! I have sent everything they requested and there is always something else they need. I do not recommend them and I am not impressed that a company like BMW SA deal with such *********** service providers. Taryn Harding email **********
