Terminated contract before due date

Why My contract was terminated on 12 june 2015 instead of 18 July 2015 and all claims That I clamed before that 12 June 2015 was rejected and company kept on telling me I claimed enough but their terms and conditions says you can only claim less than R2500 per month and they never mentioned how many times you have to claim in 2 years.<br> <br> Is this the way you make business? Dropping your customer just like that because the policy was fully paid.
