tactics to decline payment and bad attitude

my name is Itumeleng Moruri, I submitted a claim with smartuma insurance and a day later I was given a list of panel beaters to go to for quotations and I did as requested and submitted, weeks past without any communication, when I followed up on a claim, I was told that I had to go back to make another quotations that must include stuff wasn't quoted because they were not broken, I called to say that professional panel beaters don't see damages that smartuma want to included in the quotation. so they don't want to accept quotations of panel beaters they recommended, it is clear they want to push up the price of the quotation so they reject it as it would be outside the limit.
