Still taking money after not paying out

What is the point of paying for insurance if they are not going to cover you???<br> And on top of that, after saying they will not cover for an accident that was not my fault, they continue to ***** my money. <br> I demand a refund as you are making me pay for a service you refuse to offer!!!
