When I bought the car with Avis I was given the dents and scratches cover. I was so excited up until I had to claim.
I've been taken from pillar to post. I first made a contact with Anna-Marie and then was Belinda and Vianne who were super useless.
I won't advice people to take this cover. I don't know why AVIS still gives this cover to people because it just a ****. I have sent an email to Barloworld advising them of the shortcomings.
